Sometimes things don’t go as planned…

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly return any items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items.

Refunds

We process all returns on the same or next business day after receipt of merchandise. After we receive and process your return, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for your financial institution to credit your account. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refunded amount.

Returns

We will gladly return any unembroidered item in its original unworn condition within 30 days of receipt. While we are unable to process exchanges for different styles at this time, you may return your unwanted item and place a new order for your preferred style.

New Waves Scrubs strives to offer the lowest prices for our merchandise and does not impose a restocking fee for returns less than 5 items. However, more than 5 items returned we may charge 15% of item purchase price restocking fee.

Late returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be processed.

Items labeled as Sale or Clearance are not eligible for any return or refund. 
Sale or Clearance items are Final


Exchanges

We are currently unable to process exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the preferred style.
