RETURNS

If you would like to return an item(s) that did not meet your expectations, we would be happy to assist you with this process. Items in original condition with original tags attached, may be return within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been worn, washed, containing odors and stain or embroidered cannot be returned. Seasonal prints are limited quantities and must be returned within 14 days of delivery.  Sale and clearance items are final and are not eligible for a refund.

New Waves Scrubs strives to offer the lowest prices for our merchandise and does not impose a restocking fee for returns under 5 items. However, returns of 5 or more items will have a 20% restocking fee. Late returns that do not comply with our return policy may not be processed.

To ship your return: Please click here to request a return label and we will email you a return label, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Return instructions:

  1. Package the return and seal securely with tape.
  2. Affix the pre-addressed return label to your package.
  3. Package can be dropped in a mailbox, USPS collection box, post office, DHL or UPS Location.
  4. To find a drop-off location near you, please visit usps.com or dhl.com or ups.com.
  5. Try to use the initial packaging for your return if it’s in good condition.  Excessive packaging may incur additional charges.

We recommend that you insured your shipment and keep a copy of your tracking information, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.

REFUND We process all returns on the same or next business day after we've received and inspected your item(s). We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the item(s) you are returning is on sale at this time you will get refunded the sale price. Once we approved the return, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your financial institution to credit your account. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
