Returns Policy

We are No Longer taking online-exchanges: You need to return then order the new item(s)If you want to return an item(s) that did not meet your expectations. We would be happy to assist you with this process. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1.      Item(s) is in its original new condition with original tags attached.

2.      Item(s) that are worn, damage, unsanitary, containing odors, stain or    embroidery cannot be returned. Item(s) may be return within 30 days of purchase day 

3.      Seasonal prints are limited in quantities and must be returned within 14 days of purchase day.

4.     Items labeled as Sale or Clearance are not eligible for any return or refund. Sale or Clearance items are Final. 

5.     Shipping charges incurred with the return of the item(s) is non-refundable: You are responsible for paying the cost of shipping.

6.      Original Shipping amount is non-refundable.

7.     New Waves Scrubs strives to offer the lowest prices for our merchandise and does not impose a restocking fee for returns less than 5 items. However, more than 5 items returned we may charge 15% of item purchase price restocking fee. Late returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be processed.

8.      If you received a damage or the wrong item(s) please notify support@newwavesscrubs.com immediately for assistance so we can make it right.

To ship your Return: Please click here.  Be sure to include the order #.  In the message section, please indicate if you would prefer: store credit or refund so we can assist you in the best way possible.

As soon as we receive your Return Request we will email you a return shipping label.

Return instructions:

1.      Package the return and seal securely with tape.

2.      Affix the pre-addressed return label to your package.

3.      Package can be dropped at USPS mail box, post office or UPS Location.

4.      To find a drop-off location near you, please visit usps.com or ups.com.

5      Try to use the initial packaging for your return if it’s in good condition.  
         Excessive packaging may incur additional charges due to additional weight.

We recommend that you insured your shipment and keep a copy of your tracking information, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.

If you wish to exchange for another size, color or style the replacement item(s) has an equal value or a price difference, charges may apply accordingly.

REFUND 

We process all returns on the same or next business day after we've received and inspected your item(s). We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the item(s) you returned are marked down you will be refunded based on the sale drop price. Once we approved the return, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your financial institution to credit your account. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
